I'll be overseas from June 1st to June 30th, 2024, so this apartment will be available during that time.
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
$700 for one person.
$750 for two person.

Bond is 2 weeks rent.
I'm available most days of the week. Please feel free to message me to arrange an inspection.
Also, regarding the cat in the photos, you can take care of her during your stay if you want, or I can ask my friend to home her for one month as well.
